American Mantra compliment

A compliment from JGenius: “I was rereading some of that beauty American Mantra, and the scene where good old Johnston Dracula is talking with Constance at the diner is just absolutely stunning. He is so gentle/wise/subdued in this incarnation. I guess that's a by-product of being a few hundred years old, and not eating people. It's such a lovely moment. And also later when he offers her his cape, and tells her that ‘Not everyone has your gift.’” Thanks JG, I was hoping someone would notice that!
