MOUSE FACT
During its life, a mouse doesn’t move more than a hundred feet from where it’s born. Actually, I can’t guarantee that’s true. When she told me that at work today, I believed her. It was only later that I wondered how that could be tested. Did they have an airplane hangar, did they make a circle a hundred feet wide and put a baby mouse in the middle? Did the years pass slowly in that pen, fluorescent lights overhead, wandering back and forth, never venturing beyond the imaginary limits? Who knows. It’s easier just to believe.

Are we talking City Mouse or Country Mouse? I've seen City Mice travel by gondola, so, that's a hole in the theory...
