Bagels

Going to share a couple of Annabelle Barrett's illustrations from I CAN ONLY IMAGINE. There are 5 novels in this collection and she made title page pictures for each section. I forgot there's a bagel shop featured in here. There's one in my newest novel too! I like to think there's a sort of studio where all these stories are being filmed and the same sets reappear and the plots and characters move in and out like dreams.

I noticed that this book I Can Only Imagine is selling for $20 on amazon! Yikes! I'll soon make a cheapo kindle version of it for you. Unless you live in a town with a thriving blackmarket, it shouldn't be that hard to find. Amazing cover by Annabelle Barrett.

9-year-old Elephant

Rediscovered this 9-year-old scrap of paper where I wrote my first note for the novel that became ROOSEVELT. A lot of ideas arrive while I’m at work and I gotta write em down quick!
