ROOSEVELT!


The proof copy of ROOSEVELT just arrived today.
It looks beautiful! I know it's going to be a classic,
people will love it. Elephants too. I'm so thankful
that Fred Sodt illustrated my words and made it
an Alice in Wonderland for Bellingham and beyond.
If you look back in my posts to last Spring you can
see all my hints to this book as I wrote it. When you
write a book, you don't want to give too much away.
Writing is a magical act.
