on the trail
A new birdhouse on the trail this morning. On the rooftop birds with hammers and saws and campesino radio.
Los Angeles
The movie was introduced by Ronee Blakley who plays Barbara Jean. We were all very relieved to see that she survived the ending of the film. The Los Angeles movie audience is amazing, beautiful old theater was filled. They clap when the names come on the screen. Although I think I was the only one clapping for Jeff Goldblum. He’s great in “Nashville.” And the movie ended with big curtains rolling together, that’s the way it’s done!

Our last night in Los Angeles, we went to The Shelley Duvall Tribute at the Egyptian Theatre to see the American dream movie, “Nashville.”
